 Cindy Preeper is owner of Get Fit Keep Fit Personal Training. My passion for fitness started and came from a personal place in 2001. I was overweight, depressed and had many developing health issues. Today, I share my knowledge and passion in fitness with other people that want to achieve their goals in fitness.
