MEET OUR MEMBERS  Shauna Harper is the owner and creator of Color the Universe Inc. The company started 7 years ago when she became committed to listening to her heart and doing what she was passionate about. With over 300 stores that carry her handmade glass stone magnets, she has built a company that inspires people all around the world. Her most recent blessing is being a new mother to her baby boy Mackenzie. In her spare time, Shauna is also a business mentor for the Women's Enterprise Centre. Located on White Rocks west beach, we are steps from many beautiful locations. I strive to use my camera as a tool to make your images perfect. Having been in the business 15 years has taught me many things. While you can learn a lot technically, you still need to have a good "eye". I welcome you to my studio...come, ask questions. She moved to Canada in 1994, working first as a Play Program instructor and then taking on the ultimate child care challenge - having two girls of her own! Seeing a great need in the market for a more holistic approach to finding the right child care, Karen started her own agency called 'Almost as Good as Mum' in 2002. She has been performing micro-pigmentation procedures for 7 years with her specialty being permanent makeup and areola re-pigmentation. Areola re-pigmentation is the last step of the journey for breast cancer survivors who choose to have breast reconstruction after a mastectomy. Her studio is home-based, and her career has included awards in makeup artistry and artificial nails along with being an educator for products in the industry. She enjoys the positive benefits that cosmetic tattooing gives her clients.
