What is your hiring strategy?  Do you have one?  Where do you start?  Maureen will explain the When-Who & How to Hire.  She will help to increase your confidence and comfort zone while building your team for success.  This hands on session includes  exercises to help you get started and is intended to be interactive - sharing the worst and best hiring experiences.  Maureen will provide a strategy for developing a hiring plan and move into more tactical elements of job descriptions, skills, attributes, resumes, cover letters, interviewing, reference checks and more.  More importantly she will share with us the purpose and core reason behind all the tactics -  with her stories, explanations and tips things will look so much more doable for all.    May the “Force” be with you!
