Brigid discovered Hypnotherapy while searching for a non pharmaceutical solution to her chronic pain. Her continued exploration of hypnosis led her to Dr Brian Pound’s hypnosis classes at UVIC, inspiring her to incorporate guided visualizations and meditation, fundamental to hypnotherapy, to enhance her health and well being.
Her growing understanding of the principals of hypnotherapy were also a benefit to friends and family and naturally progressed to training for certification in this exciting field. Brigid completed her Hypnotherapy training at Island Hypnosis Education Centre in Victoria, BC and received certification from the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association. She is registered as a Certified Consulting Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists. |

Carly graduated in 1999 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. After two years in paediatrics Carly craved something more creative. In 2001 she moved to Toronto and completed a fashion marketing and merchandising program. After gaining experience in the fashion industry in Toronto she naturally gravitated back to the west coast where she landed a job with lululemon. Her positions there exposed her to marketing/advertising, manufacturing, retail etc. Here is where she found her love for business.
In 2006 Carly returned to Victoria and back to nursing where she continues to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams. Creativity, attention to detail, and organization are the traits that drive her forward to develop and build a successful business. She is currently working on a couple of business ideas & hopes to have something established in the near future. |
